In the unfortunate event you experience any issues with your Pucks and would like to exchange your product or be issued a refund, please email us at customerservice@proteinpuck.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, we cannot cancel orders once they are shipped, or issue refunds until after you have received your items.
